As a result I have tailored my service as follows. 1. You'll get a set of notes after your coaching session giving a summary of the key points covered and setting out clear action points and exercises you can do in your own time to accelerate your progress. I'll also mention articles and video clips that may be relevant, which you can access if you wish. 2. You'll get a free catch up call about 2 weeks following your session so you'll get added support and guidance. 3. Free DISC personality profile with 2 or more sessions purchased, giving you a valuable insight into how your communicate with others and what you can do to get the outcomes you want.
